Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used lash products.
We only accept returns if the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at sales@lashelement.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Due to hygiene reasons, all lash products are non-returnable once opened or used.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days.
However, due to hygiene reasons, this does not apply to opened or used lash products. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
